Mr. Shugrue has over 30 years of commercial real estate investing, lending and restructuring experience as an owner, lender and advisor. Prior to joining RiverPark in November 2018, Mr. Shugrue served for 15 years as the CEO of Talmage (and its predecessors), an investment manager and special servicer in the CMBS and commercial mortgage loan industry with over $12 billion of relevant investment experience.
